Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. While many aspects of our daily work and home lives are changing rapidly, we want to let you know what we are doing to keep our Process Fusion team members safe while maintaining business operations for our customers and partners worldwide.
Process Fusion continues to monitor the COVID-19 developments. We do not foresee any disruptions to our cloud-based services, on premise software updates, or our customer service levels, but we are taking all necessary precautions to protect our employees, partners, and customers.
COVID-19 Measures
Our operations team is monitoring the guidance from the World Health Organization, and government health officials in local communities where our employees live and work to mitigate risks.
We have established a work from home policy for our employees in our Canada, US, UK and India based offices and are accommodating employees in other office locations to work from home based on current circumstances. With our highly-distributed workforce and many of our employees typically working remotely, this shift has been relatively smooth and we continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, and security. This includes providing employees with secure access to all of the systems they need.
We have restricted employee travel, but our team will continue to serve you via video conference, email, and phone.
Supporting Our Community to Beat COVID-19
We are inspired by many stories of creativity for business survival and generosity of help. Process Fusion is supporting our local communities where we live and work through purchasing goods from small businesses and donating it to local food banks.
We’re also making some of our technology available for our customers, partners and communities:
- Through UniPrint InfinityCloud, Process Fusion is offering free access to our cloud print management platform for organization needing to manage home printers and track remote printing.
- We are waiving all setup fee for CP-1, our intelligent cloud document processing platform for organizations to route and securely process physical and digital documents by remote workers.
- We are also in the process of “re-tooling” a Cloud-based Single-Sign-On (SSO) platform for organizations who need secure access to files that are stored behind the corporate firewall without deploying VPN to each remote worker.

Finally, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our wishes for a full recovery.
